Scuba Diving Holiday - 8 days Cuba is one of the least explored countries in the world as far as Scuba diving is concerned. Our chosen sites are professionally run and cater for beginners to advanced divers. The weather is superb, the seas are unpolluted. Come on in for an incredible underwater adventure. Itinerary Day 1 Transfer from Havana airport to colonial hotel in old Havana. Free evening. Day 2 Breakfast followed by guided tour of old Havana with lunch in the courtyard of La Mina restaurant. Free evening. Plenty of suggestions available for nightlife - cabarets, salsa clubs etc. Day 3 to 6 Option 1: Departure by plane to Isle of Youth (Isla de Juventud) and check in at El Colony hotel half board. During the following days, you have a package of 8 dives included. There is a decompression chamber, hard boats and all equipment included although you may wish to bring your own. This centre has 50 buoyed sites nearby including several shipwrecks and a spectacular coral wall where the sea floor drops off into the Gulf of Mexico. Option 2: Land transfer to Trinidad to the Playa Ancon 4* hotel right on the beach. The diving centre is at Cayo Blanco, near Trinidad, which has plenty of marine life and is famous for its black coral. All meals and drinks at the hotel are included. There is a package of 8 dives included, boats, professional instruction etc. The unique colonial town of Trinidad is very close and merits a visit. Day 7 Return to Havana and check into hotel. Free evening. Day 8 Breakfast. Transfer to Havana airport for your departure. Holiday Prices: Option 1 (Colony hotel) Uk£1190 including scheduled flight from UK and visa. US$1260 per person sharing double room including roundtrip flight from Cancun for American visitors. Price includes internal flights, accommodation at Havana hotel for 3 nights including breakfast, 4 nights at Colony hotel (half-board), 8 dive package, transfers to airport. Single supplement of US$210.   Option 2 4* all inclusive (all meals and drinks) Brisas del Mar hotel right on Ancon beach near Trinidad town Uk£1390 incl. scheduled flight from UK and visa.
