Individuals can still travel legally to Cuba

(Changes became effective November 8th, 2017!!!)

US citizens can still visit Cuba. They are expected to come as a group but we are expecting that a group of minimum four people will count. The category known as 'People to people' no longer exists. Instead, visitors will now come under the category known as 'Support the Cuban People'. We provide the OFAC licence, the visa and itineraries that adhere to the new regulations by engaging in cultural and other activities using Cuban guides and drivers, private Cuban guest houses (some are very high quality) and private restaurants known as Paladares. All this makes US travelers feel confident that their trip is consistent with regulations and do not have to worry if they are ever audited by the OFAC. Flights are still offered direct from the US to Cuba with United airlines, Jet Blue and South West among others.
